Polio Drops Schedule

As many as 5.70 lakh children up to the age of 5 years will be administered pulse polio drops on January 10 under the Pulse Polio Campaign. This was stated by Davinder Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development), Ludhiana, while holding a meeting about pulse polio campaign with the district task force at Bachat Bhawn today. The ADC (D) further said all arrangements had been completed to undertake the campaign. He said,”2,166 booths and 107 mobile teams have been set up for this purpose under which 98 transit teams will administerpolio drops at railways station and bus stand. For running this campaign smoothly, 8,302 officers and employees have been deployed. Thepolio drops will be given from 9 am to 4 pm on January 10.
