The first Black Angus Steak House opened in April 1964 by Stuart Anderson, a prominent rancher and Washington State of origin, and restructuring in the dining room in New Caledonia Hotel, Seattle. Original concept of the Steak House is to provide customers with the highest quality, complete steak dinner at an affordable price, and served in a warm, comfortable atmosphere with friendly service.
