PHILADELPHIA – He described himself as “Jihad Jane” who thought her hair blond and blue eyes that would allow it in the mix as they sought to kill the artist in Sweden is a rare case of an American woman to help foreign terrorists and shows the evolution of the global threat, authorities say.
