Preposition

Preposition
Let’s go back to what it is …… 4th grade grammar, perhaps, and let’s talk about prepositions!

If someone were to say to you today, “What is a preposition?” , You will be able to give a precise answer?

Do not worry if you can not, because today I am going to explain to you “prepositions” – do not you excited!

Is the preposition:

The preposition and links to names, pronouns and phrases to other words in asentence. Word or phrase that the preposition introduces is called the object of the preposition.

The preposition and usually refers to the temporal and spatial relationship or logical object of the rest of the sentence, as in the following examples:

This book is on the table.
The book is under the table.
The book is leaning against the table.
The book is next to the table.
She held the book on the table.
I read the book during the class.

In each of the preceding sentences, a preposition is the name of the “book” in space, or in a timely manner.
